This thick foam filter is designed to be used in most wet/dry utility vacuums. It is a sleeve measuring 6 1/2" high and about 4 1/2" in diameter made of 1/2" thick foam rubber. Generally, this foam filter is used instead of a fanfold cartridge filter for wet pickup although it is sometimes used for dry pickup when covered with a paper or reusable fabric filter.   Show Less
