This 10.5" wide combination tool has top mounted levers to switch between cleaning carpets and bare floors. For bare floors brush strips along the front and back edges provide non-scratching brushing action. Notches along the front allow dirt to easily enter the nozzle. For carpets and rugs, the brush strips are recessed, allowing the channeled steel sole plate to contact the carpet, pulling air through the nap to clean it.
